Questions, answered
Is it really free during the beta?
Yes. Everyone we let into the beta can use every feature free of charge. Before paid plans start, we'll tell you in good time, and you can choose a plan or carry on with the Free plan.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Plan-Zero runs in a modern web browser — Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox — on a computer, tablet or phone. Your work is saved to your account, so it's there on any device you sign in on.
Which phones and tablets can do AR?
iPhones and iPads use Apple's built-in AR viewer in Safari. On Android, AR works in Chrome, Edge and Samsung Internet on phones that support Google's ARCore, which is most recent models.
Can I use my own products and artwork?
Yes. Upload a CSV of your range, make products from their dimensions and front artwork with the product generator, or ask us to add your products to a library. Everything you upload stays yours.
Who can see my client's packaging?
Only the people you choose. Brand libraries can be made private to an organisation, so their files are only ever sent to signed-in members of that organisation — never published openly.
Where is my data kept?
Your account and work are stored securely with our hosting providers, Vercel, Cloudflare and Clerk. Read our privacy policy for the details, including your rights over your data.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid plans can be cancelled whenever you like and run until the end of the period you've paid for. You can always keep using the Free plan.
